Director & Founder
River Providence holds an MSc. in Climate Change Management and Finance from Imperial College London, and a BSc. in Energy and Environmental Physics and Mathematics (double) from the University of the West Indies, Mona. Her work focuses on bridging policy, finance, and implementation to turn climate priorities into bankable, high-impact investments.​

She specializes in blended finance structuring, economic and financial modelling, and donor coordination, helping governments and institutions access the resources needed to scale up climate action. River’s approach blends technical analysis with strong regional insight. Having worked closely with ministries, utilities, private sector partners, and community organizations, she understands that successful climate investment depends on aligning local priorities with long-term sustainability goals.

Dr Stephanie V Providence, MBBS
Climate and Health Impact Specialist
Stephanie Providence is a Caribbean-based medical doctor with a focus on internal medicine, public health, and research. Her work bridges medicine, environmental conservation, and climate change mitigation, emphasizing the profound connections between environmental health and human well-being.

Driven by a deep passion for sustainability, Dr Providence focuses on understanding how climate change and environmental degradation affect physical health, mental health and community resilience. Her approach is grounded in science which blends evidence-based medical insight with cultural and historical understanding of Caribbean societies. Through this lens, she aims to strengthen the region’s capacity to prepare for, adapt to, and recover from climate-related challenges.
